1) Overview

Hamari services/content मुख्यतः digital nature ki हैं (guides, consulting, audits, templates, tutorials, आदि). Isliye once a digital deliverable is shared or substantial work has started, सामान्यतः refunds apply नहीं होते—exceptions नीचे दिए हैं।

2) Scope

  • Applicable on: paid services (consulting/audit/custom work) aur paid digital assets (templates, docs, checklists), अगर प्रदान किए जाते हैं।
  • Not applicable on: free content/resources, external third‑party tools/services जिनका billing/terms अलग हैं.

3) Refund Eligibility (high‑level)

  • Work not started: Full refund (minus payment gateway fees [GATEWAY_FEES%] तक), अगर request [REFUND_WINDOW_DAYS] दिनों के भीतर आती है.
  • Work in progress: Pro‑rata refund possible (unbilled/unused portion) — already spent time/effort, research, booked slots, third‑party costs deduct होंगे.
  • Delivered digital items: Generally non‑refundable once access/download/deliverables shared हो जाते हैं.
  • Duplicate payment/technical error: Full refund after verification.

4) Non‑refundable items/conditions

  • Instantly downloadable files/templates once delivered or accessed.
  • Completed consulting/audit calls/sessions.
  • Custom development/design work already delivered as per agreed scope.
  • Discounted/promotional sales where terms explicitly mention “non‑refundable”.
  • Third‑party services/subscriptions purchased on your behalf (उनकी policy लागू होगी).

5) Cancellations

  • Before start: Allowed; full refund minus gateway fees.
  • After scheduling: Reschedule possible (subject to availability). Last‑minute cancellations no‑show fee attract कर सकते हैं.
  • Subscriptions (if any): Cancel anytime for next cycle; current/ongoing cycle non‑refundable unless required by law.

6) Revisions & Support

  • Revisions वही cover करती हैं जो agreed scope/SOW में हैं. Scope change पर नया estimate लागू होगा.
  • Post‑delivery support window (यदि applicable): up to 30 DAYS days for minor fixes/clarifications.

7) How to request a refund

Refund/request raise करने के लिए कृपया नीचे दी गई details भेजें:

  • Order/Invoice/Transaction ID, payment date & amount (INR).
  • Service/Product name, brief reason (screenshots/links if any).
  • Preferred resolution: refund/pro‑rata/credit/reschedule.

8) Processing time & Mode of refund

  • Review/verification में सामान्यतः 3 working days लगते हैं.
  • Approved refunds original payment method/Bank transfer/UPI के जरिए process किए जाते हैं (जहाँ संभव हो).
  • Gateway/Bank processing times अलग हो सकते हैं; हम third‑party delays के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं.

9) Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

  • कृपया chargeback/complaint उठाने से पहले हमें लिखकर resolution का मौका दें—fast & fair resolution हमारा लक्ष्य है.
  • Unauthorized/fraudulent transactions की स्थिति में, verification के बाद हम issuer/gateway के साथ मिलकर issue resolve करेंगे.

10) Governing Law & Changes

  • यह नीति भारत के कानूनों (laws of India) के अधीन है। किसी भी विवाद के लिए Gayaji, BIHAR, India के न्यायालयों का अधिकार क्षेत्र होगा.
  • हम समय‑समय पर policy update कर सकते हैं; “Last updated” date देखें. Material changes पर उचित नोटिस देने का प्रयास किया जाएगा.
