1) Overview — DMCA क्या है?

DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act, USA) कॉपीराइट उल्लंघन report करने/हटाने की प्रक्रिया बताता है। India users के लिए base कानून Copyright Act, 1957/IT Rules हैं; एक clear takedown process रखना best practice है।

2) कब DMCA/कॉपीराइट पेज रखना चाहिए?

  • UGC/guest posts/comments allow करते हैं।
  • U.S. audience/hosting target करते हैं या ad/host इस policy की मांग करते हैं।
  • अक्सर कॉपीराइट claims आते हैं और आप standard process बताना चाहते हैं।

3) How to file a Copyright (DMCA) Takedown Notice

अगर आपका कंटेंट mistake/misidentification से हटाया गया है, तो counter‑notice भेजें:

  • Removed material की पहचान और पहले का URL.
  • Perjury statement कि removal गलती से हुआ.
  • नाम, address, phone, email + consent/undertaking.
  • Electronic signature.

5) Repeat Infringer Policy

Valid notices पर आवश्यक action लिया जाएगा; repeat/serious violations पर content removal, access restrictions या account‑related steps (यदि लागू) हो सकते हैं.

6) Blogger/Google पर DMCA कैसे भेजें?
